Individual Market Enrollment Continues to Fall Through Mid-2026

Enrollment in the individual health insurance market fell by 18%—over 4.6 million people—from 25.2 million in June 2025 to 20.5 million in June 2026. This represents an even steeper drop in enrollment than had previously been reported.
