In participating U.S. locations, clocks go from 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. local time on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Hawaii, most of Arizona, and exempt U.S. territories do not change clocks.

On Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 2:00 a.m. local time, clocks return to 1:00 a.m. in locations observing daylight saving time.

Hawaii, most of Arizona, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands do not observe daylight saving time.
